Our old Lions Den building had some serious floor issues. The joist were deteriorating and in some areas the floors would drop an inch or two in just a foot. Brain gave us a reasonable bid, we accepted, and he went to work. He reinforced the joists, leveled the floor and put in a new subfloor and flooring. Brian took care of some plumbing issues we had in our bathrooms that weren't even in the bid. He is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done right.
